I use evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) while always keeping each person’s individual needs in mind.

My focus is on psychotherapy with children, adolescents, and their families with an emphasis on depression, general anxiety, social anxiety, suicidality, and behavioral issues. I use an eclectic approach, incorporating CBT, DBT, and expressive therapies, including drama.
